 Backgammon Tournaments in the World? Backgammon is not played in my country so I hv never played in a live BG tournament.. Can anybody guide/help me about any annual/quarterly BG backgammon championship anywhere in the world??? Which are the countries where such kind of tournaments is organized regularly? What are the eligibility criteria? What are the important dates of upcoming events? Thanks in advance for the help.. |

I am playing on Saturday http://ukbgf.com/uk-open-2014/qualifiers/ Also I would recommend any UK players to take part in the MSO event: http://www.boardability.com/game.php?id=backgammon There is everything else from Monopoly to poker available too, and some very nice medals for the winners. Ultimately I suppose the ambition would be to go to Monte Carlo and win the World Championship. Maybe in about 10 years... |
