 Skill Please, don't forget, it is a game based on luck. The dices decide who's the winner. This is a good website for backgammon, but whit a bad dice-program. |

Skill too! It surprises me every time people complain about "bad" or "unfair" dice (not just on this site). Bad for who? There are two players in each game, so if it is bad for you, it is good for your opponent and vice versa. It's all random - you lose some, you win some! And it is skill too - you just need to know when to risk it, and when to play it safe. Thinking that dice somehow hate you personally just isn't very logical. |

Real Dice In real games I have had opponents manage to roll three or four doubles in a row as have I. I also one a game where my opponents pip count was far better than mine, but he was forced to leave a blot and I have a grand barre in my home area. It happens. |
