Exceptional cube possibility for non-subscribers As a subscriber, I frequently start cube games or challenge other players (including non-subscribers) to play cube games. Like many players on this site, very often when I finish a game, I instantly challenge the player again. However, when one of my cube games against a non-subscriber is finished, if he's the one who played last he'll challenge me again, but to a non-cube game. I usually accept but would rather play a cube game instead. Yes, I know I could decline & re-challenge, but I find that very, very cumbersome. Would it possible to allow non-subscribers to challenge players to a cube game ONLY in that particular case? That is, only when challenging a subscriber right after one of their cube games has been finished. The "challenge to a rematch" link could be a different link that allowed it, for instance. Additionally, to prevent abuse, it would be wise to make this link work only once. I'm not sure how hard this would be to implement, if it isn't exactly easy then I agree it's probably not worth the effort - but if it's easy... it would be nice |

nice idea... correctly ... it wouldn't be so bad ... may even those who aren't subscribers can subscribe... |

Offer cube game to subscribers at all times What about non-subscribers being able to offer cubes games at all times, but only to subscribers? This has the exact same end result - that non-subscribers can only play cube games with subscribers. |

… Saurus' idea is good too - and a lot easier to implement |

Better idea How about non-subscribers getting the crowbar out, dusting off the old debit card and paying the whole $8.00? Is there anyone on this site who does not think it is worth $8.00? If so, why do yu stay?? |

@ skulls well no need to be rude... While I'm also of the opinion that becoming a subscriber is surely worth the money, there are several reasonable explanations why one might not want to pay to become a subscriber. For instance: - Maybe you live in another country where $8 is actually a good amount - Maybe you live in another country and have no international credit card (this was my own problem for some time) - Maybe you just started playing backgammon, or just recently found ZooEscape, and you're not sure if you'll want to play it for a long time in the future - Maybe you're underage and your parents don't want to pay (why not?) |
