About S. Africa:
I am satisfied that captain Neftari made great efforts to recruit a side. Their best player turned down her offer as did many others. They are obviously a much-weakened side and don't need more problems.
I left it up to Neftari to choose whether to go with three on her team or recruit another player. Ma3ahir has volunteered and will be considered S. Africa's 4th player.
As for Ralu11, if he wants to consider the result v. Koenyn as valid, we will accept that otherwise, we can consider that game a friendly, throw away the result and have Ralu11 play against Ma3ahir.
The rest of the Romanian side plays Ma3ahir.
