OMG Really busy this past week and now there are 25+pages of postings to read as well. I noticed some folks have been posting our scores--Thank you! I usually have to go back and find the results and since I've been out most of the time very troublesome to do on my mobile. Playing so many games has made it difficult for me to keep track of the score, as I got started right away and we didn't always keep track in the messages. Would also suggest that even when Crawford rule is in effect it is set up as a Cube game to make it easier to find. Please know that if I played someone and lost and didn't post the score, it's NOT because I'm not proud of my loss...just having a hard time keeping track. |

timing out whats the ruling please if somebody times out their game..is it 1 point against automatically or game forfeit with them losing the whole game ..thanks ..no one has yet , it's just in case it happens..thanks |

crawford rule people have been asking me about the Crawford rule..well here it is in black and white : Crawford Rule [Named for John R. Crawford.] A standard rule of match play. When the leading player comes within one point (4) of winning the match, the following game is played without a doubling cube. This one game without doubling is called the Crawford Game. After the Crawford game, the doubling cube is back in play again. |
