Re Speed it Up

I agree with Steelerhead - it's a waste of time, not to mention demoralising having to keep rolling the dice when there is no possibility of getting onto the board. I too would like to see forced moves in this situation.

Re Speed it Up

Ditto to the forced move if you can't get on.

Pretty Please!

Ditto forced moves on cube games. Please, please zooescape can you introduce this feature?

Forced moves on the bar

Perhaps there's a middle ground between those of us that want the moved to be forced if there's no way to get on and those that say there are times when you may still want to offer the cube. What if ZE made it so that if you were on the bar AND ahead in the pip count, you still had the opportunity to offer the cube. However, if there was no way to get on AND you were behind in pips, then it became a forced move.

Nobody can argue that they should have the opportunity to double when they can't get on AND they're behind in pips? Can they? For realz?

blah blah

Isn't the problem that even if it's considered ridiculous that you may wish to double when you can't get on and are behind in pips, you should still, in accordance with the rules of the game, be allowed the opportunity to do so anyway?

Otherwise, you're technically breaking the rules of the game, aren't you?

Option

If we had the option to turn forced moves on and off in cube games, as we currently do for normal games, then wouldn't that keep everyone happy? I don't care if I'm technically breaking the rules - I would opt for forced moves.
