Should we start the games of Match Day 3?

I would like to complete Match Day 1 before we advance to Match Day 3.
There is only one game remaining - and that is very near completion - so I expect tomorrow, or Friday at the latest, we will start.

As we already have the eight teams that have qualified and the remaining games will change nothing, would anyone mind if we held the draw tomorrow, 4 February 2016, for the quarterfinals?
Btw, I had suggested two methods for the draw:

1. Put all 1st place teams in one pot and all 2nd place teams in another so 1st place teams do not play each other at this stage.
2. Throw all teams together and draw randomly from the pot.

Choice 1 received two votes to only one for choice 2.

I have to post few results for Math Day 3,hopefully I will do it today but as far as final round is concerned, PAK-COL is ready whenever it starts..

our vote is also for option 1

why not rank all the teams, based on wins, then percent.
then #1 plays #8, 2nd vs 7th, etc.
that way, we don't have to rely on a "draw'.
just a thought.
