And when does the tourney start ?
Right away ? And who will challenge who in a group ?
Sorry that this is not yet obvious to me, but before I write to my teammembers about the groups, I would love to know the whole picture how we are going to proceed.

Yes, please start right away.  

@yiannakos to verify please: the first group listed should do the challenging (so Germany should challenge Netherlands), unless there are preventing qualification settings.

For those who are not paid members, it would be helpful if you clear off games, and ensure you have availability for the challenges over the next few weeks.
