No one has come up yet for hosting Champions Tourney 6.. So here I am hosting a very QUICK & SHORT "1st Knockout World Championship" in the spare time  .
Every1 demanded new and unique things so I tried to include few INNOVATIONS in it...If some1 don't like it, I am sorry for that  


Eligibility Criteria:
Invitation from host of Tourneys or an already registered player.
Minimum ranking Points: 1700.
Willing to sacrifice 1 game (5 or 6 RANKING points) against winners voluntarily.
Willing to play/complete match very QUICKLY as the main purpose of this Tourney is to be the quickest & Shortest.

INVITATIONS:
This Championship will be INVITE based only  
Each host of CT & Nations Tourney will get "3" invites

CT # 2 ................KumaraKid 5 (2 extra for Website load)
CT # 3 ................Abriscoe 3
CT # 4 ................Lilwarrior 3 & chwaqasahmed 5(2 for NT #2)
CT # 5 ................itisme 3 & Bonne chance 5 (2 for NT #2)
NT #1.................. yiannakos 3

And every INVITED player can invite "2" more players.
Please invite ONLY those players who are very REGULAR on ZE and you know they play fast and post all names in 1 post. Also inform them through chat/messages and get their CONSENT for playing.
NOTE: New players can request an invite from hosts or already registered players through their messages.

AWARDS:
Winner will get a RESIGNED game (to boost his/her rankings) against EVERY player who will be knocked out in the 1st Round
The runner up will get a RESIGNED game against EVERY player who will be knocked out in the 2nd Round
3rd Position will get a RESIGNED game against EVERY player who will be knocked out in the 3rd Round.

Hence, if we go with 32 players then Winner will get 16, Runner up will get 8 & 3rd position holder will get 4 game's rankings POINTS in the PRIZE.
Players qualifying to Semi Final will not have to LOSE/Forefeit any ranking points.
Number of prize games can increase/decrease depending upon the number of registered players.

FORMAT:
It will be simple KNOCKOUT (I hope every1 knows about it). 1st vs 32nd ,2nd vs 31st likewise.
Only 1 Match will be played in all rounds. [Victory points,Time LIMIT & Championship start date will be shared later, after discussing a few issues in CT 5 Thread & with previous hosts]

DRAWS:
All players names will be written separately by host on CLOSED/HIDDEN paper for drawing purpose. It will be FAIR and each player will get a seeding number(1--32) depending upon the order of their paper draw.
DRAWS will be revealed after the completion of registration.
Top seeders will get a bye incase of No. of players exceed from 32.


There will be no other thread for RESULTS. Those will be also shared here so no burden of visiting different forums.

Host will inform EVERY Player about the DRAWS/Round matches in Private message also , So u can start ur match quickly.

Purpose of Invitations is to reduce the circle of players to those who want to play FAST tourneys.

IIRC idea of Prize & ranking points came under discussion in the past, then Oldman again mentioned it in T5 comments so I thought lets give it a new flavor.
I reckon ONLY 1 game (around 5 ranking points) will not be much of a worry

Minimum 1700 ranking points don't seem unfair.

DRAWS will not be on host's consent..It will be picked automatically so no biasing


Obviously, when we will find a Host for T6 we will carry on playing there also as here it will be only 1 game active at a time

Sounds like fun.
"Resigned games awards" may need more explanation for some.
Anyone can win a single game.. suggest 2 out of 3 games for each match, no cube, to reduce effect of one game luck factor.
Since quick play is encouraged, this shouldn't be a problem.

With the invites that I have at my disposal...do I have those players post here to confirm their entry? Or do I do it, because I am the holder of the invites?

However, adding up all the hosts and their invites above comes to 34 already. If all invitees invite 2 more each, and they are all different, that will be 88 in total.

Also, I am not too keen on the idea of free ratings points, I want to earn them properly. The honour and prestige of winning will, I mean would, be enough.

to me, but if it seems okay to a majority I guess it will work out. And I agree with guthers--I see no need to artificially inflate or deflate the ZE system of points...but then I do not base ANY of my self-assessment of character or ability on this site.

GREAT happy I am not the only person confused. I be happy to invite other players but difficult when the rules are "cloudy " for understanding.

The Prize was just included to EXCITE things.. I am sorry for that.If majority says no RESIGNATION then its been CANCELLED.. Thanks for your suggestions

So just to be cleared....EVERY Thing can be amended, but NO compromise of PACE/Speed of Tourney.. IT WILL BE QUICK IN ANY CONDITION
